Urgent requirement for the Field executive in Real Estates in Raipur location. Should have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate and property sales. Should be fluent in English as well as Hindi. Should be aware of the property buying and selling processes, the document required for buyers and property sellers, loan eligibility criteria for real estate.
Responsibilities:
- Registering partners (property owners/ builders etc) in the company database
- Maintains relationships, collects latest real estate pricing and scheme data from various partner (property owners/ builders etc) sites
- Guiding and educating property buying customers about the current pricing and schemes
- Accompanying property buyers to the property site visits
- Converting a lead into the client and guide them throughout the process
- Maintaining a relationship with various banks for the loans and latest schemes
- Daily reporting to the Manger about field updates and sales pitches made
- Rigorous follow-up of clients and solving client queries
