Hiring for Field Services Engineer – Telecom Experience
We are now looking for Field Services Engineer. In this role, the candidate's responsibility will be the coordination, management and execution of Field Service activities supporting other Service Function (SF) in Operations and Engineering When in site activities need to be performed,
you will work to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

Experience : 3 to 6 yr
Education : Diploma / B.Tech /B.E.
( Electronics/Telecommunication, Mechanical, Electrical)
Role & Responsibilities:
Looking for Core expertise in IMS/CS Core/ PACO
• Operations experience in Packet Core & IMS/Volte
• Corrective Maintenance Execution and Site Facility Management
• Site Information Management and Third-party supervision
• Service Activation/Deactivation - On-site
• Preventive Maintenance Execution and Spare part handling
• Physical Site Access Management
• ISEB/ISTQB Software Testing qualifications would be an advantage
• Knowledge of Managed Service Telecom Operations Practice and Knowledge sharing and collaboration skills
Additional Requirements:
• OHS knowledge and skills
• Delivering Results & Meeting Customer Expectations
• Good in People Management
