1. Assist in the installation, commissioning, & testing of hydraulic systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards & customer specifications.
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to hydraulic systems, components, and applications, provide effective solutions to customers.
3. Responsible for creating documentation and electronic
reference material to support the field service of products. Specifically, installation and troubleshooting
manuals.
4. Troubleshoot or provide support to customers and onsite crews.
5. Install, modify, clean, and repair computer hardware and software.
6. Conduct site inspections to ensure construction compliance with plans and specifications.
7. Maintain accurate service logs and enter them in the database.
8. Perform on-site service, repair and/or installation of company product(s).
