Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Engineer who will be responsible for troubleshooting, technical support, preventive maintenance, customer service, and providing field service support for CT and MRI machines. The role is located in Mumbai and will require regular travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or related field (Fresher can Apply)
Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on CT and MRI machines
Dedication to providing excellent customer service and support
Ability to work independently and efficiently, often in stressful situations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
