Job Description of Field Service Staff
To
attend break down calls assigned to service engineer.
To
plan and complete service calls in single stroke.To
attend service calls within 4 to 6 working hours from the time of receipt
of the break down from the customer.Servicing
of our products to be carried out to the entire satisfaction of our
customers and left in good working condition as a new product.Ensure
that all spares are supplied to customer wherever necessary and payment
collected then and there for the spares supplied.To
provide all support to customers,
dealers and channel partners wherever necessary.Ensure
smooth communication with customers, stamping inspectors & other
government officials, management, superiors, colleagues &
subordinates.

EXPERIENCE, AND REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma or ITI in
ElectronicsWith some basic
experience in soldering and desoldering required.Ability to communicate
fluently in English and TamilMust have a 2 wheeler
with valid driving licence.Physically able and mentally willing to do 6 hours
of field work – day in and day out.Must have a strong drive for excellence.
