About the internship

Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:

1. Visit locations where the Mobile Eye IoT devices are installed, mainly in Supply Chain Hubs and Goods vehicles
2. Examine the installation of the devices, follow troubleshooting procedures, and correct or replace the device
3. Assist customers and users with support and training on the FleetView portal, showing users how to access reports and input data, etc.

Additional Information

Training and support will be provided by the company's customer and field support team (CSD) remotely. Candidates will get exposure on IoT devices using GSM, GPRS, and GPS technology. On the software side, they will be exposed to advanced Excel, Java Websites, tools, and software. Interaction with large corporate customers and supply chain managers will ensure a very rounded and wholesome experience. The minimum commitment required is six months. Successful candidates will be offered long term contracts with the company.
