Role: Client Servicing/Key Account Manager

Job description

Act as the point of contact to customers
Identify and understand concerns & problems and report them in prescribed format
Provided suggested solutions as per training given
Resolve differences and misunderstanding
Handhold & guide for effective engagement
Strive to enhance customer satisfaction
Provide daily status report Skills:
Public Speaking, Communication, MS Office, Teamwork, Team Management, Time Management, Customer Service, Market Research, Good use of Android based Smart Phone, must possess a valid 2 wheeler driving license. Personnel with own bikes preferred.
