Eligibility:

M.A. in Applied/Clinical/Counselling Psychology with a minimum of 2 years of experience in psychotherapy and counselling work OR

M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from RCI recognized University or PhD in Psychology with specialisation in Clinical/Counselling Psychology

Practitioners with prior experience in providing supervision and training will be preferred

Job Description: Providing face-to-face/in-person psychotherapy/counselling supervision to students placed in varied settings including schools, NGOs, Community organisations and hospitals on the TISS campus.

To provide individual and group supervision sessions and help students conceptualise client concerns and plan and deliver promotive/preventive, counselling and psychotherapy interventions.
To review weekly plans and fieldwork reports (and psychological assessment reports) of the students.
Liaise with the agencies to facilitate student counselling work (individual or group). This will require making visits to fieldwork agencies in and around Mumbai.

Temporary Positions – This is a temporary position for Field Work Supervisors for M.A. Applied Psychology (Clinical and Counselling) in the School of Human Ecology.

Location: Mumbai

Remuneration: Rs.25000/- per month (taxes will be cut at source)

Duration: 4 months (1st January to 30th April, 2023)
