Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Help develop scripts and concepts for upcoming projects
2. Be the point person for talent and crew, making sure everyone's on the same page.
3. Keep things running smoothly on set, from managing schedules to ensuring everyone is comfortable
4. Assist with post-production tasks, offering insights and ideas to our video editors.
5. Be the go-to for anything that pops up, from errands to making sure craft services are top-notch
6. Support the executive producers in various aspects of project management, including coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting in project planning
7. Collaborate with the executive producers to ensure the successful execution of creative vision and objectives for each project
8. Actively scout for new talents and collaborate with them to infuse fresh perspectives into our projects
