Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Pre Production :
1. Working on vendor coordination (blocking dates, sending call time, sending and checking equipment list, calling for model profiles and portfolios)
2. Going through the shoot brief and calling for products accordingly from the warehouse
3. Preparing a prop list and sourcing relevant props for the shoot
4. Sourcing outfits and garments for the shoot
5. Being a hand model for the shoots (if the candidate is female)

B. Shoot Day Responsibilities :
1. Working on coordination with the spot boy and runner on shoot day
2. Being a bridge between photo and video setup on shoot day
3. Keeping a backup log of the shots covered in the video and ensuring the mood board is being followed on the stills/photo setup
4. Getting the agreements signed by relevant artists and vendors
5. Collecting relevant bills from vendors on shoot day
6. Working on data checking and ensuring all data has been copied at the end of the shoot day

C. Post Shoot Responsibilities :
1. Ensuring the shoot data is backed up on Google Drive or any other physical drive on the very next day of the shoot
2. Calling for invoices and bills from all vendors
3. Calculating the petty cash expenses and collate the relevant petty cash bills
4. Helping editors with creating a lineup for the video, ensuring it is as per script and ideation
5. Sending shortlisted images to the photographer for retouching
6. Raising relevant design requests for allied processes like copy check, thumbnail, and cover image design
