Principle Acs Engneering India Pvt Ltd jobs - Finance/Accounts Manager

A candidate responsible for handling Accounts and Finance Function of the Company.
Should possess Good communication skill in English, Hindi and local language.
Day to Day Accounting procedures and updating in ERPs.
To handle all Statutory requirements Viz., ESI, EPF, Professional Tax, GST & other compliance.
Preparing Cash flow statement, Expenditure Statement, Revenue Statement.
Preparing P & L statement in overall, Department wise & Project Wise on monthly basis.
Should have through knowledge on all documents / Statements required for ITR filling & able to prepare / maintain on his own.
Should be able to forecast the Expense & Collections monthly & Quarterly basis.
Should have thorough knowledge on TDS procedures, Reconciliation & Fillings.
Should possess through knowledge on all requirements of GST reconciliations & return fillings.
Basic knowledge on handling ESI & EPF compliance.
Preparing Purchase Orders with respect to the project needs with terms and conditions
Following up for receivables through desired channels.

Possesses good communication skills towards members of project teams, line management, customers and other external stakeholders.
Takes initiatives, acts with confidence and works under own direction. Applies his innovative ideas to have all the process in place for good accounting and financial practice.
Management reports time to time as specified.
Regular internal audit to keep the books and compliance up to date without errors.
