What You'll Do

Quarterly Sales Compensation Process

• Assist in the administration and payment of global compensation plans for 300+ team members, on a monthly and quarterly basis worldwide
• Assist in the resolution of commission-related inquiries from the sales team
• Work closely with Human Resources to understand plan assignments, advances/draws, and other compensation agreement
• Work with payroll team to process commission payments on-time, and accurately each month
• Assist in preparing detailed monthly commission accrual
  
  

Xactly Sales Compensation System

• Assist with the configuration, testing, and maintenance of Xactly, including organization records, quotas and rates, crediting rules, data uploads, advances/draw payments, etc.
• Monitor new hire and termination data and update internal systems accordingly
• Work closely with sales operations team to ensure accurate crediting of bookings to respective sales teams
  
  

Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Operations/M.Com/ CA Inter/Inter.
• 3-5 years hands-on sales commissions administration experience
• Comfortable working with various systems simultaneously, and thinking through the consolidation/flow of data
• Advanced MS Excel skills - experience with pivot tables and complex formulas
• Able to work effectively under pressure. High-integrity, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive, with strong interpersonal skills
• Effective at building positive relationships, fostering trust, and resolving conflict
• Experience with Xactly (or similar ICM),Excel, ADP Workforce Now (or similar HRIS) and CRM (Salesforce.com preferred)
• Proactive approach and self starter.
  
  

Stock Admin

• Respond to admin related stock inquires on shares@sprinklr.com
  

example: reset passwords, update demographic info (until it is interfaced with ADP),process terminations, account activations.

• Monthly reporting - SBC, populating JE for my review and approval, India R&D review
• Quarterly load of new grants approved in BOD meeting
• Secondary STA agreement creation ready for review and uploaded to docusign
• Assist with cleaning up remaining 300+ award acceptances that are still outstanding in Shareworks (was 600+ in July).
• Daily bookings on exercise transactions, reviewing inbound bank account for wires, booking stock exercise transactions
  
  

Documentation

• Good at process/business documentation and creating back up files for audit or internal review purpose.
  
  

Reconciliation

• Should have Blackline or similar reconciliations tool working experience
  
  

Supervision

• Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments
