Selected day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage Zoho books for accounting purposes, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
2. Reconcile media invoices from various sources such as Meta, Google, etc. with credit card statements and invoice clients accordingly.
3. Support month-end closing procedures
4. Ensure timely statutory compliance such as TDS, PF, PT, and GST
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
6. Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned by management
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring confidentiality at all times
8. Work on timely client follow-up and payment collection through phone and email
