Finance and Accounts Analyst

Your Responsibilities :

Preparation and validation of daily and monthly bookkeeping activities
Preparation and validation of monthly statutory reports which include TDS, TDS Returns, GST and other statutory payments and returns
Periodically improve and document all accounting control procedures, identifying system issues and making suggestions for improvements
Support with the preparation of our monthly management reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cost and Profit Center analysis, variance analysis and commentaries to the latest developments
Assist the management in revenue management to optimize product availability and price to maximize revenue growth and cost attainment
Review and reconcile the general ledger, identifying and thoroughly investigating any discrepancies and taking the proper corrective actions to resolve them
Accounts receivables / payables management
Reporting on actual versus budgeted results
Asisting in wire transfers (for incoming invoices, salaries, taxes)

Your Profile :

A graduate in Commerce/ Finance with a focus on accountancy or a CA IPCC cleared
You have at least 2 years experience in accounting
Solid knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting and basic tax principles
Natural proficiency with or passion about math
Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
Very good command of MS Office, especially MS Excel
Strong detail and deadline orientation
Fluent level English, other languages are a plus
Working knowledge of accounting software platform i.e. Quickbooks will be preferable
Any other value-added skills are embraced with open arms
