Responsibilities
Act as initial point of contact for the main office by responding to both internal and external inquiries/requests.
Collaborate with the management by preparing meetings and agenda’s
book receipts and invoices, reconcile bank, organize bank statements etc.
Make statutory payments for government
Follow-up on all incoming and outgoing correspondences.
Receive and attend to telephone calls
Manage a functional and organized office filing system
Do shopping, organize daily lunch
Job requirements
Required education: graduate/Diploma education
Required relevant work experience: not required but a small amount of work experience will be an added advantage, not more than 3 years of work experience
Required languages: English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
