Job Description

Finance Associate

Location: Bengaluru, KA, India

Job Responsibilities- Inclusive but not limited to 
  • Independent handling of Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payable functions including banking and operational fund management.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure error free and time bound invoicing and billing and revenue recognition
  • Involvement in Month End Activities
  • Ensure compliance of companies financial polices
  • Establishing and maintaining processes and controls on finance aspects and policies across the organization.
  • Managing coordination internally with various functions and ensuring smooth and hassle-free support for payments, requests for information and other activities.
  • Coordination with department as and when need arises.

Desired Skills:
  • 3-5 years of strong accounting and functional experience.
  • B. Com, M. Com, ICWA, MBA Finance
  • Hands on experience in Accounts, Audit, Statutory Compliance, Controls. Knowledge of various tax and compliance related laws is must require.
  • Has experience of mid- size ERP implementation.
  • Preference from start-up environment.
  • Self-motivated, Team player and works collaboratively.
  • Has to work in ERP implementation platform.
  • Excellent in MS office suite.
  • Good attitude and high level of adaptability.
