Job Summary

• We are looking for a reliable Financial Manager who will look into everyday financial activities, provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans.
• The goal is to enable the company’s leaders to make sound business decisions, handle the entire Accounts and Finance and company compliance to meet the company’s objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Handling general accounting, bookkeeping, and bank transactions
• Coordinating with teams for various queries and MIS 
• Handling bank & cash entries and reconciliation
• Maintaining petty cash vouchers and register
• Preparing MIS & other excel reports
• Assisting in TDS & GST calculation
• Filing and keeping records of all documents
• Maintaining compliance data of customers
• Handling KYC compliance verification and employees payroll processing

• Financial Management, Account Management, Negotiation, Analytics, Written Communication, Problem Resolution, self motivation, Excel, Ms-office

• An analytical mind
• Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
• Commercial and business awareness
• Good communication skills – both written and verbal
• A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data

• Proven experience as a Financial Manager
• Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst
• Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns

• Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
• BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
