Responsibilities:
To handle full sets of accounts and prepare monthly management reports such as Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Trial Balance.
Perform outlets day-to-day operations and bookkeeping outlet transactions into the accounting system.
Prepare the annual budget, monitor, and analyse monthly variances.
Execute and monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Prepare bank reconciliation and credit card reconciliation.
Monitor stock movement/inventory and prepare stock adjustments and stock checking to ensure stock balance for outlets is accurate.
In-charge of inter-company transactions.
Liaise with auditors and tax agents to ensure compliance with audit and tax matters and statutory requirements.
Responsible for the quarterly preparation of SST reports and ensure compliance with SST before submission, quarterly reports, and PowerPoint presentations.
Process payments and ensure all payments are made on time.
Monitor the company’s fixed assets, update the fixed assets register by ensuring all files are properly updated with copies of invoices for the fixed assets acquired.
Other ad-hoc tasks when as assigned.
