Job Description

Handle end to end process of client onboarding (Registration, KYC, Transactions, Reports)
Report daily transactions MIS across various RTAs
Report all other transaction-related details to payment gateway and RTAs on a daily basis
Investigate cause of any error and rectify on an immediate basis
Coordinate with all RMs and AMCs for procurement of account statements
Prepare relevant MIS for ensuring smooth functioning of business on a daily basis
Learn about mutual funds and investments
Process Insurance Policy logins
Coordinate with client for any data collection work.
Assist the founder with research around financial products, funds, and portfolios
Handle client servicing for founder's clients
