Job Description: Finance Executive

*Job Responsibilities:*
- *Financial Reporting:*  
- Prepare financial reports, including statements and budgets.  
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.
- *Accounts Management:*  
- Service invoice reconciliation.  
- Manage accounts receivable and payable.  
- Perform general ledger entries.
- *Taxation and Compliance:*  
- Handle tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.  
- Stay updated with the latest tax laws and ensure the company complies with them.
- *Financial Policies and Procedures:*  
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.  
- Ensure adherence to company policies and financial regulations.
- *Financial Audits:*  
- Assist in conducting financial audits.  
- Ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date for auditing purposes.
- *Industry Trends:*  
- Keep abreast of industry trends and financial best practices.  
- Analyze and report on financial market trends affecting the business.
- *Software Proficiency:*  
- Proficient in GST, TDS, Tally, and Excel.  
- Use financial software to manage and report financial data.
- *E-commerce Platforms:*  
- Manage accounts for e-commerce platforms. 
- Ensure financial transactions on e-commerce platforms are accurately recorded.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a finance role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
*Preferred Skills:*
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of industry trends and ability to implement best practices.
- Experience with financial audits and compliance.
