Roles and responsibilities-

Candidates with 3 years of articleship / internship experience from reputed firms and 2 years of industry experience as well as freshers will be given preference
Good oral and written communication skills
Should carry very good attitude and willing to work on any work assigned
Usage of MicosoftOffice, Excel, power point and word - Advanced level 3
Ensure all financial reporting requirements to internal and external parties are prepared and submitted accurately and within the agreed deadlines
Responsible for handling day to day accounts of firms and Small and Medium Business Organization
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements like Trial Balance, Profit and Loss statement, Balance sheet and cash flow statements
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement, Monthly debtor and Creditors statements
Filing of annual return of companies with ROC
Should have Knowledge in vouching and verification of books of the firms during audit period
Strong accounting, taxation background
Good knowledge about all the taxation and policies
Advice clients on tax issues and filing tax-returns
Incorporation assignments for Company /NBFC/ LLP/ OPC/ Sole Prop. / Nidhi/ Section 8/ NGO/ Trust etc.
Assurance & Audit
Tax Audit
Internal Audit
Statutory Audit
NBFC Returns
Accounting and Bookkeeping
All other CA work like GST, PF, ESIC, Trade Mark, FSSAI, ISO, IEC, etc.
Client management

Education-

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.Com - Commerce, B.B.A / B.M.S - Management
PG: CA - First Attempt, Pursuing , Second Attempt, Inter/ CS, LLM - Law, M.Com - Commerce, ICWA (CMA)
