Job Description

Finance Executive

Gurugram, Haryana, India

Core Responsibilities:

  • As the Finance Executive, you will be expected to engage in day-to-day accounting operations and financial analysis in areas such as book-keeping, engaging in cost reduction analysis, and reviewing operational performance.

Accounting responsibilities:

  • Full cycle accounts payable: entering in vendor invoices and credit memos, selection of vendors and disbursements
  • Maintain vendor profiles
  • Document Management, Vendor Management, Supply Chain Management
  • Assisting with US and Indian tax filings
  • Posting of bank transactions and reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Full cycle accounts receivables: Create customer invoices, post deposits or cash receipts, collections
  • Collating, preparing MIS reports

Other responsibilities:

  • Payroll Management
  • Work with product and sales team in preparing monthly account and revenue statements
  • Monthly Management Report (MIS) including cash-flows and preparation of consolidated financial statements of US and Indian entity with the help of external auditing firms
  • Maintaining accuracy of the data published in the invoicing, sales accounting tools by identifying and eradicating errors
  • Identification of areas for cost reductions and operational improvements
  • Continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes
  • Oversee the external/internal audit, review and analyze results

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bcom Graduate or CA Inter.
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience
  • Capable of handling general accounting and bookkeeping independently
  • Excellent in Ms-Excel, Ms-office, Accounting tools and other Invoicing tools
  • Candidates with experience in Quickbooks or similar accounting tools preferred
