Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for handling Sales Calls for Invest and provide Superior/Premium customer experience to all customers.
• Calling out customer and making a sales pitch for potential investors.
• Responsible for achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales target for the process/campaign.
• Talking to clients to determine their investable surplus basis income, expenses, financial objectives, tax status, risk tolerance & other info needed to develop an investment plan.
• Calling up members and explaining the benefits of fractional Real Estate Investing.
• Answering client questions about MB Invest plans, returns, tax implications and strategies.
• Handling different stages of client/ product life cycle - These stages can be KYC, reference data management, legal docs, portfolio reconciliation, document capture, system reconciliation, pre and post settlements etc.
• Advising strategies basis data analysis for clients in investment planning to help them reach financial objectives.
• Using process scripts, product knowledge, and own communications skills to present the products and services to potential and existing customers and generate sales.
• The reps may use a script or best practices to ask their contacts qualifying questions and to present the features and benefits of the products/services
• Provide an elevated and superior experience to the customers and ensure a long term positive relationship is formed.
• Asking appropriate questions to understand customer requirements, Effective Probing and need creation for MB Invest.
• Point of contact for customers with Product pitch, follow-up and closure.
• Ability to comprehend the customer’s requirement and match that with business targets along with meeting quality standards.
• Follows up and ensures closure.
• To achieve assigned Revenue, AOS and Order conversion targets.
• Responsible for email communication on externally / internally with clients.
Skills & Competencies Required:
• Excellent knowledge of English and Hindi languages, other languages will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor degree in business, finance or related field.
• Good finance knowledge. CFP / CFA preferred.
• Good with numbers
• Knowledge of mutual fund, equity and investment industries.
• Candidates experienced in Banking and Investment sales
• Experience providing quality financial advice.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation on skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• Strong Sales/Tele Sales and Premium Calling experience
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales goals over the phone
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Relationship building and client engagement skills
• Language Support- English, Hindi and regional based on requirement
• Effective probing, sales closure skills
Interview Process:
• Multiple Face to Face interview rounds.
Experience:
• 3+ years’ experience in Sales / Telesales / Premium Services Processes in Contact Centre Operations for a financial product.
• Candidates from BFSI, Investment Advisor, Financial Products will be preferred.
• Computers and IT Skills. Good Excel skills.
• Minimum Bachelor degree in business, finance or related field.
