Job Description:
Responsible and accountable for all commercial activities related to allocated projects.
· Ensuring timely registration of contracts & PO in system.
· AR generation - Generation of error free and timely customer bills and submission to customer
· AP generation - Ensuring error free and timely booking of vendor invoices in system
· Open item management for related projects
· Ensuring adequate month end closing activities – Ensuring correct revenue and cost is booked related to allocated projects
· Ensuring relevant provisions are booked (revenue & cost),wherever required
· Preparation and circulation of MIS / Dashboard as required by management
· All stakeholder management for related projects
Key Skill Set:
· Minimum experience of 10 years in commercial / finance department
· Working experience in SAP
· Attitude of good team worker
· Rigor to produce output by analyzing the crisis situation and finding out solution
· Ability to find innovative solutions to existing problems
· Good co-ordination and follow up skill set
· Independently closing the assigned task
