Finance executive recruitment in Mumbai - For a client of TeamLease Services Ltd

Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, with emphasis on ensuring correct booking of all

analysis codes and withholding tax compliances. Responsible to interact and communicate to help resolve

any discrepancy before processing the invoices/documents.

Responsible for correct booking of employee T &E, ensuring compliance to applicable T &E policy.

Prepare vendor payment proposal on the regular basis and submit to manager for review.

Compile documentation for cross border payment and upload the same on bank portal for validation.

Support timely data requests for internal variance analysis and for submission for tax assessments.

Prepare bank reconciliation on regular basis and coordinate with internal functions and bank to close open

bank recon items.

Ensure timely completion of AP related activities as per the closing calendar checklist on monthly basis, for

internal and statutory audits. Prepare purchase register and schedules for manager review.

Helping in statutory audit to prepare schedules, interaction with auditors to provide supporting document for

samples selected and resolved queries.

Ensure data is retained and managed correctly as per internal guidelines.

Qualifications (Training, Education & Prior Experience):

Education and Experience

Graduate or semi qualified CA with minimum 4-5 years of experience.

Direct experience in Account Payable function including vendor payment process,

Experience in SAP preferred

Experience in US Multinational preferred

Knowledge of Bank reconciliation.

Skills

Good understanding of accounting.

Functional understanding of withhold tax applicability and GST

Ability to interact with internal functions and auditors

Ability to multi-task.

Initiative and inclination to learn new areas
