1. Update and maintain standard operation procedures on a timely basis
2. Manage the query queue by identifying the issues and resolving the query
3. Create a PO based on the request
4. Validate the bank details, perform verification for new vendors, and set up SPI in the system
5. Input counterparty information in the voucher form and get signed by BU signatories
6. Review the AP ledger periodically and seek approval from BU for writing off age-old items
7. Request the AP team for payments and provide confirmation to suppliers on payment status
8. Develop and cultivate relationships with business partners, responding to business contacts or customers directly to deliver accurate processes
9. Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff
10. Work on other duties as assigned
