Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on book-keeping documentation and checking from Tally
2. Updating the invoice register from time to time
3. Working on the validation of invoices
4. Sending cheques and documents to the bank from time to time
5. Working on vendor contract safekeeping and record-keeping, both digital as well as manual
6. Maintaining vendor and employee documentation
7. Working on TDS challan checking and preparing the sheet for emails to the vendors
8. Ensuring the validation of data for TDS returns
9. Working on accounts reconciliation
10. Working on MIS/management reporting data flow system
11. Working on R&D of laws and provisions of Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and others
12. Supporting the finance department in general administrative tasks
13. Supporting the fundraising department for various works, including but not limited to sending tax receipts to donors, as and when requested
