Job Responsibilities

Handle the Month End Activities and closing the MIS within the timelines
Identifies opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovates solutions so as to operate the team in an efficient and cost-effective manner
Handles Cash budget for group at the beginning of each month and track the working capital position on a weekly basis.
Coordinating with Auditors – statutory and internal. Responsible for Statutory Audit/Tax -Audit/Internal Audit
Ensure compliance of companies financial polices
Coordinate with secretarial team to ensure other regulatory compliance under FEMA, Companies act and other regulations that may apply to the group.
Ensuring compliance of TDS, VAT and GST including monthly payments, quarterly and half-yearly returns.
Establishing and maintaining processes and controls on finance aspects and policies across the organization.
Managing coordination internally with various functions and ensuring smooth and hassle-free support for payments, requests for information and other activities.
Coordination with department as and when need arises.
Reviewing the daily activities of other team members

Desired Skills

3-4 years of strong accounting and functional experience.
Qualified Chartered Accountant.
Hands on experience in Accounts, Audit, Statutory Compliance, Controls and knowledge of various tax and compliance related laws is must require.
Strong cross-functional exposure and working with various departments within an organization.
Has experience of mid- size ERP implementation.
Good technical knowledge on IGAAP and IND AS
Preference from start-up environment.
Self-motivated, Team player and works collaboratively.
Has to work in ERP implementation platform.
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Excellent in MS office suite
Good attitude and high level of adaptability.
Enthusiastic and proactive in work approach.
