Job Title: Assistant Manager M amp;A

Job Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

1. Support Business Finance head on M amp;A – We are some M amp;As this year
2. Hands on experience in FP amp;A, pricing, costing.
3. Deal Structuring -Developing Pricing Models with customer and Partners
4. Supporting the finance head and business head to close strategic alliance and MOU’s
5. Understanding competition landscape- Analysis of financials of competition and giving Qualitative insights
6. Support on Annual Budgeting process , Periodic Forecast and estimation- Business reports with Analytics
7. Driving SAP implementation for WIN automation (Including commercial activities like ordering to cash in SAP)
8. CA with 5-7 yrs experience worked as BFM (preferably worked in IT business as this role is very similar to a IT BFM)
