Qualification: CA

Experience :

2 years’ experience as an Finance Manager/ Asset Manager as leading a at least 2 members team in an environment of FMCG / manufacturing / asset-heavy / Telecom

Critical Requirements:

ü Experience in writing SOPs, control framework and implementation

ü At least 5+ years of experience (with 2 years as manager) in the industry of Manufacturing/Asset-Heavy/ Telecom/Significant Material Movement

ü Analysis of Data and presentation

ü Working knowledge of ERP (SAP / MS Dynamics / Odoo etc.)

First hand experience in developing, implementing and monitoring SOPs, policy documents and internal control framework
Deep understanding of financial statement, preparation of MIS
Identify areas for improvement and implement improvements to processes
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Working knowledge in Regulatory compliance and taxation area
Help establish company best practices related to accounting and internal control
Suggest thoughtful, scalable approaches to reducing costs, streamlining processes, and improving margins
Preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance
Work with auditors both within and outside of the company to ensure finalisation of Financial reporting and legal compliance
Communicate with clients and in-house stakeholder
