You as a Finance Specialist- Accounts Payable will be part of Finance center, a centralized support organization covering accounts receivable, accounts payable and General Accounting in Asia, US, North America, South Asia & Pacific and Middle East cluster.

Your Responsibilities

• Processing Accounts Payable transactions, ensuring accurate tracking and processing.
• Performing necessary activities within the Accounts Payable area to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Executing analysis and reports as assigned, and takes appropriate action as necessary.
• Complies with and helps achieve Internal Control over Financial
• Reporting compliance in Accounts Payable for applicable templates. Participates in internal control testing and prepares relevant documentation.
• Assisting in developing and implementing processes and procedures, and continuously optimizes to gain efficiency and drive productivity gains.
• Ensuring effective communication with all relevant stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction.
  

Your background

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
• 2 years of experience in Accounting from a reputed organization
• Experience in SAP (also on Oracle if possible).
• Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills required.
