Job Description:

We are seeking highly dedicated candidates to join our team as a Finance Support Executive. As a Finance Support Executive, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, analyzing market trends, and providing valuable insights related to commodity markets to our clients. Your expertise will play a crucial role in guiding investment decisions and ensuring informed trading strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve client queries related to financial products, services, and market trends.
  
  

• Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  
  

• Interpret and convey system-generated financial recommendations to clients.
  
  

• Ensure clients understand and can act upon the recommendations provided.
  
  

• Regularly read and stay updated with the latest market news, trends, and reports.
  
  

• Distribute relevant market updates and reports to clients.
  
  

• Analyze client financial situations and provide tailored solutions based on their needs.
  
  

• Assist clients in understanding analysis reports and guide them on potential financial actions.
  
  

• Perform fundamental financial tasks and support functions as required.
  
  

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

• MBA or PGDM in the Specialization of Finance is mandatory for this position. No other specializations will be accepted
  
  

• Freshers are accepted. Relevant experience in commodity market research is a plus.
  
  

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey research findings effectively.
  
  

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
