Financial Advisor Job Opportunity in National Institute of Plant Health Management

Essential:

1. A first class or high second class (57% or above) Bachelor Degree, preferably in Commerce from recognised university or equivalent.

2. 15 years experience in accounts work holding responsible supervisory / administrative position. Out of which,

i) 03 years service in post having Pay Level-9 or 10 (7th CPC) i.e. Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400/- as per 6th CPC. OR

ii) 07 years service in post having Pay Level-7 (7th CPC) i.e. Grade Pay of Rs. 4,600/- as per 6th CPC. OR

iii) 10 years service in post having Pay Level-6 (7th CPC) i.e. Grade Pay of Rs. 4,200/- as per 6th CPC.

Desirable:

1. Qualified Chartered Accountant possessing Membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or qualified Cost Management Accountant possessing Membership of Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

2. The candidate should be conversant with government rules and regulations/office procedures pertaining to budget preparation, accounts and audits.

Transfer On Deputation:

a. Persons under Central / State Governments / Universities / Recognized Research Institutions / PSUs / Statutory Boards or Autonomous organizations of Central / State Governments.

i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis.

ii) With 03 years service in post having Pay Level-9 or 10 (7th CPC) i.e. Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400/- as per 6th CPC.

iii) With 07 years service in post having Pay Level-7 (7th CPC) i.e. Grade Pay of Rs. 4,600/- as per 6th CPC.

iv) With 10 years service in post having Pay Level-6 (7th CPC) i.e. Grade Pay of Rs. 4,200/- as per 6th CPC.

b. Possessing qualifications mentioned above under Essential and Desirable qualifications.

Upper Age limit:

a. Upto 50 years for Direct Recruitment.

b. Upto 55 years in the case of deputationists.

Scale of Pay / Pay in Pay Matrix (7th CPC): Level-11 Rs. 67,700- 2,08,700

Period of Probation: Two years in case of Direct Recruits

Procedure For Selection: Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend Interview and / or written test, which will cover knowledge of GFR rules, Accounting Standards, Central Government FR & SR Rules, all relevant tax laws, CVC guidelines, Tender procedure in Government, delegation of financial powers rules etc

In order to bestow greater functional flexibility, and broader reach in delivery against the emerging challenges in the field of Plant Health Management, a very crucial area for enhancing our country's agricultural production, the Department of Agriculture & Cooperation of the Ministry of Agriculture, Govt. of India had taken a decision for transforming this Institute into an autonomous body vide resolution F. No. 20-62/2007-PP I dated 13th October,2008. Consequently, the Institute has been registered as an Autonomous Society under the Ministry of Agriculture, Govt. of India, in the Office of the Registrar of Societies, Rangareddy District, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh on 24th October, 2008 under the name, National Institute of Plant Health Management with Registration No. 1444 of 2008 under the Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2001 (Act No.35 of 2001).
