Job Description

  • Experience Required- 1 yr (Freshers can also apply)
  • Salary Package- 1.8 lpa
  • Location- Lucknow
  • Notice - Immediate Joiner

Job Description :-
  • Responsible for making outbound calls(in UK) and regular follow up on leads assigned.
  • Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers.
  • Understand the Customer requirements, encourage them to upgrade /renew the packages.
  • Address all the issues / grievances of customers and provide the right customer experience.
  • Strictly adhere to the process requirements.
  • Able to achieve deadlines and target as assigned.
  •  Responsible for generating Leads and interacting with customer

  • Capable of working under pressure.
  • Should be a good Team player.
