Job Description

Designation: Financial Analyst

Qualification: CA

Experience Required: 0 – 2 Years

Location: Bengaluru

Role and responsibilities:

Accounts & Finance:

a. Work closely with Finance Head and manage financial controls & governance framework:

i. Identify the key areas of controls

ii. Designing and implementing systems & procedures

iii. Process Documentation

iv. Process Standardization & Internal Controls

v. TOD & TOE Testing for various internal process

b. Work on Compliance Management System & Contract Management System

c. Work on implementation of various systems viz., ERP, RPA, Expense Management System, Billing System, Purchase System, Payroll, Reconciliation Systems etc.

d. Drive readiness for various Audits and Due Diligence

e. Assess and evaluate financial performance and provide insights and recommendations

2.Improvements & Other Initiatives:

a. Handle complex & adhoc requests with a short turnaround time

b. Identify, acquire and implement systems and software to automate processes and increase efficiency

Skills, Qualifications & Personality:

1. CA with 0-2 years with articles of reputed CA Firm (Should have been handled Audits/Assignments of marquee clients)

2. Good understanding of Ind AS GAAP, Tax & Corporate Laws

3. Strong communication, analytical, collaboration/ team-player and inter-personal skills

4. Highly analytical, detail oriented with business sense

5. Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload

6. Must be Proactive and self-motivated

7. Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint etc.
