Department Overview

The Business Risk and Control team is responsible for partnering with the relevant business group(s) to identify, assess, manage and mitigate current and emerging risk exposures associated with their activities and operations. Monitors, measures, evaluates, and reports on the impact of decisions and controls to the relevant business group(s) and enterprise function.

About The

Role

Program Associate works on development using Java /J2EE technologies. The candidate will work in contact center technologies on IVR systems. Good to have knowledge on Machine learning, VXML, functional testing and test automation of IVR applications and prior experience on contact center.

Responsibilities

In partnership with the relevant business group(s), assists with the development, implementation, and monitoring of business-specific programs that identify, assess, and mitigate risk and helps to escalate risks where necessary if risk boundaries or limits are triggered
Provides support in the interpretation of policy, guidelines, and governance programs as front line liaison to Independent Risk Management area for low risk enterprise risk programs
Supports relevant business group(s) with risk mitigation strategies, business processes and controls that effectively mitigate risks and appropriately address requirements of applicable statutes, regulations, and risk governance documents
Runs periodic reporting for Independent Risk Management program oversight committees and other key stakeholders. Supports processes reflective of the current business environment
Participates in and provides support for initiatives with low risk
