Required skills :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree at an accredited university; equivalent experience will also be considered 
  • 3-5 years of industry experience in data management 
  • Ability to understand and transform data to meet customer needs and business context in a customer-friendly, quality-first manner 
  • Good analytical and quantitative skills; ability to work with large data while maintaining a high attention to detail 
  • Experience building predictive and descriptive models that are used in a business environment 
  • Proven ability to provide recommendations using data analysis, data mining, optimization tools, machine learning techniques, and statistics 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills; ability to communicate complex results in simple terms 
  • Highly proficient in the use of spreadsheet and automation tools like SQL, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA),Tableau Software, etc.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com (SFDC),transactional reporting, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
