Key Responsibilities:-

Provide FP&A finance support to the accounting teams related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.-

Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.-

Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.-

Work with Business Unit heads to build their annual budgets and forecasts-

Costing in SAP and Product, Site, Plant, Region-wise Variance analysis-

Yield and Product-wise product performance evaluation-

Producing models to project long term growth and determine the impacting business factors-

Analysing competitor strategies and market trends-

Analysing financial and operational results to better understand company performance-

Utilising BI tools to delivery meaningful insights into business performance-

Communicate to senior management the reasons behind the product/department performance and results-

Reviewing operations and recommending new productivity or cost saving initiatives-

Preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions-

Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts-

Communicating results and recommendations for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation and streamlining operations-

Provide insights for financial modelling, forecasts and profitabilitySkills:-

Bachelor's degree along with Professional qualification such as ICWA, ICMA, CA of MBA from reputed college and more than five years of experience in Financial Analysis, Preparation of PnL, Balance sheet, financial modelling, forecasts and profitability analysis-

Significant analytical skillset, including the utilisation SAP (COPA) of BI and reporting tools-

Strong quantitative abilities & Able to solve complex problems-

Strong influencing and interpersonal skills & High level of commercial acumen-

General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles-

Experience developing financial reports and metrics-

Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels-

Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment-

Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills along with understanding of SAP-

Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture-

Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization
