Financial Controller

Qualification :  (i) Holding analogous Post on regular basis in parent cadre or department. OR (ii) Chief Accounts Officer or equivalent with regular service of 5 years in the Pay Level 11 in any of the Central/ State Government/PSUs/ Autonomous Organization/Equivalent cadre of the Government of NCT of Delhi. OR (iii) Divisional Accounts Officer or equivalent with regular service of 10 years in the Pay Level 10 in any of the Central/State Government/PSUs/ Autonomous Organization/Equivalent cadre of the Government of NCT of Delhi. (b) Possessing the following qualifications: (i) Chartered Accountant/CMA.

Desirable :  Full time MBA(Finance).

Pay :  Level-12

Chief Accounts Officer

No. of Posts :  2

Qualification :   (i) Holding analogous Post on regular basis in parent cadre or department. OR (ii) Divisional Accounts Officer or equivalent post with regular service of 5 years in the Pay Level 10 in any of the Central/ State Government/ PSUs/ Autonomous Organization/ Equivalent cadre of the Government of NCT of Delhi. OR (iii) Section Officer(Accounts) post with regular service of 6 years in the Pay Level 8 in any of the Central/State Government/PSUs/ Autonomous Organization/ Equivalent cadre of the Government of NCT of Delhi.  (b) Possessing the following qualifications: Chartered Accountant/ CMA/ full time MBA(Finance)/SAS Examination (passed) conducted by appropriate Government(Comptroller and Auditor General of India/Controller General of Accounts, Government of India, Government of NCT of Delhi).

Experience :  2 years experience in a similar post/position in the regular cadre and 2 years standing as Chartered Accountant/ CMA/fulltime MBA(Finance).

Pay :  Level 11

Divisional Accounts Officer

No. of Posts :  5

Qualification :   (i) Holding analogous Post on regular basis in parent cadre or department. OR (ii) Section Officer or equivalent post with regular service of 4 years in Level 8 [47600-15100] in any of the Central/State Government/PSUs/ Autonomous Organization/Equivalent cadre of the Government of NCT of Delhi. OR (iii) Assistant Commercial Accountant or equivalent post with regular service of 8 years in the Level 6 [35400-112400] in Pay Matrix in any of the Central/ State Government/PSUs/Autonomous Organization/ Equivalent cadre of the Government of NCT of Delhi.  (b) Possessing the following qualifications:-  (i) Chartered Accountant / CMA / full time MBA(Finance) / SAS Examination (passed) conducted by appropriate Government (Comptroller and Auditor General of India/Controller General of Accounts. Government of India, Government of NCT of Delhi).

Experience: 2 years experience in a similar post/position in the regular cadre and 2 years standing as Chartered Accountant/ CMA/fulltime MBA(Finance).

Pay :  Level-10

Section Officer (Accounts)

No. of Posts :  5

Qualification :   (i) Holding analogous Post on regular basis in parent cadre or department. OR (ii) Assistant Commercial Accountant or equivalent post with regular service of 6 years in the pay band-2, Rs. 9300-34800+Rs. 4200/- (Grade Pay) in any of the Central/State Government/PSUs/ Autonomous/Organization/Equivalent cadre of the Government of NCT of Delhi. OR iii Accounts Assistant or equivalent lost with regular service of 10 years in the Pay Scale of Rs. 5200-20200+2400 /-(Grade Pay) in any of the Central/State Government/ PSUs/ Autonomous Organization/Equivalent cadre of the Government of NCT of Delhi. (b) Possessing the following qualifications: (i) CA/CMA/ SAS Examination (passed) conducted by appropriate Government(Comptroller and Auditor General of India/Controller General of Accounts, Government of India, Government of NCT of Delhi. Or (ii) B.Com with 60% Marks having 6 years experience in the similar capacity in a Central/State Government Ministry / Department

Pay :  Level-8

Age Limit : The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation (including short term contract) shall not exceeding 56 years as on closing date of receipt of applications.
