Responsibilities:
- Relevant knowledge and exposure to Securities Lending
- Ensure timely execution of all operations deliverables per agreed SLA and provide reporting to clients using internal workflow tools
- Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and r discrepancies before escalation
- Continuously update process documents, checklists and log and distribute lessons learned to relevant teams
- Identify and highlight issues key areas for cross-training and gaps within the processing and auditing cycles to ensure continuous learning
- Prepare key operations metrics and reports and provide recommendations for process improvements
Required Expertise:
- Deep understanding of collaterals including cash, security and letters of credit
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to interact directly with clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong logical reasoning and analytical abilities
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred with a minimum two years of experience
- Strong Finance, Risk or Compliance background with quantitative skills
- Proven communications skills
- Flexible with APJ, EMEA, night and regular shifts
