Hiring for CA Freshers and MBA freshers:

•        Responsible for the preparation, coordination and review of financial accounting analysis and journal entries properly
• ·         Recognize actual results for material components of the client's operations
• ·        Variance analysis, quarterly operating statement reviews and reporting in order to support Senior Management team and Department heads with in-depth analysis
• ·         Reviewing budget models
• ·         Helping FBP’s (Finance Business Partner) in order to create budget and forecast for corporate departments
• ·         Analyze transactions, understands and explain variances, and proactively identify potential problem and solutions
• ·         Partnering with Finance business partners to assist them in various ad-hoc activities during the Month and taking client calls
• ·         Provide process updates, Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
• ·         Doing Variance Analysis department wise and discipline as a whole
• ·         Providing technical guidance and expertise to the client in the day today management Of Accounting activities within the area of expertise
• ·         Updated Job aids /SOP’s as per the process requirement
• ·         Monitor the overall functioning of processes, identify improvement areas and implement adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level
• ·         Preparing monthly reports for revenue on the basis of this client takes decision whether rates need to be changed or not
• ·         Preparing & analyzing financial reports and provide findings to onshore team.
