This is for the position of SME I2P and mainly responsible for initiating, designing, and implementing various process improvements & drive projects across I2P.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the design & deployment of standard global processes, policies, and controls to ensure process performance meets or exceeds SLA.
• Work closely with the support functions including Procurement, Accounting & Finance, IT, Tax & Treasury to define end to end process and responsibilities.
• To establish performance, process, cost, time and quality metrics based on external benchmarks and develop a plan on how current process need to change.
• To ensure that the process design & application is suitable to meet both short, mid and long term expectations of the stake holders.
• Support internal control design, facilitate audit readiness, management of risk & knowledge management.
• Drive innovation in the process by looking at opportunities Robotic Process automation to improve efficiency of the End to End process.
• Liase between CI teams and I2P to review CI projects and ensure they are in alignment with the global process design, control & procedures.
• Influence key stake holders through effective and compelling communication to understand the value of process changes in I2P.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Strong operational experience Accounts Payable and employee expense reimbursement process.
• Knowledge of metrics and process diagnostics
• Preferably with project management skills
• Experience working in different geographical areas and across enterprise wide functions.
• Preferred process re-engineering or Six Sigma experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required given the diverse nature of operating landscape
  
  

Education

• Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Finance and accounting or related courses or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience working in Invoice to pay team for a large scale global organization
