Blueprint Interpretation: Reading and understanding engineering drawings and technical manuals.
Tool Usage: Proficiently using hand tools (files, hammers) and power tools (saws, grinders, welding equipment).
Quality Control: Inspecting finished parts for accuracy against specifications.
Safety & Documentation: Adhering to safety standards, documenting work, and collaborating with teams.

Machine operation and setup: Program, set up, and operate CNC machines like lathes, milling machines, and grinders to shape raw materials.
Blueprint interpretation: Read and understand engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to determine dimensions and requirements.
Quality control: Monitor the machining process, make adjustments as needed, and use measuring equipment to verify that parts meet quality and tolerance standards.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure proper function and keep equipment in good working order.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve problems that may arise during the machining process.
