2] Fitters :- ITI pass with Fitter exp of around 1-3 years experience.
Job position : Associate
Location : Pune Pimpri,
Job Role-ITI FITTER- Repair, troubleshoot and complete preventative maintenance tasks for pumps, motors, and water treatment plant equipment. • Install and start up new equipment as needed • Maintain all issued tools; monitor and test equipment needed to perform maintenance and repair activities • Maintain detailed records of repair and maintenance tasks completed • Establish and adhere to a system of undertaking proactive maintenance tasks • Perform other related duties as assigned by management
TURNER-Ø Analysis Of Rejection / Rework Produced In Machine Shop And Help Preparing Corrective/ Preventive Action Plan.
Ø Corrective Action against Customer Complaint.
Ø Instrument Used For, Different Types Of Micrometer, Vern ire And Gauges, Vertical Height Gauge,
Ø Maintained Departmental Safety And House Keeping
Ø Awareness of and 5’S, KAIZEN.
Ø Carrying Out Calibration Of Instruments And Maintaining Documents Related With It.
Ø Checking Quality Of New Developing Parts.
