1. Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet vehicles, including maintenance schedules and fuel consumption
2. Utilize MS Excel and MS PowerPoint to analyze data and create reports on fleet performance and cost efficiency
3. Collaborate with the Fleet Management team to coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring minimal downtime
4. Use your Tamil proficiency (spoken) to communicate effectively with technicians and other team members
5. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in fleet management processes
6. Support the implementation of new technologies and systems to streamline fleet operations
7. Assist in developing strategies to optimize fleet utilization and reduce overall costs
