Qualification and Experience:

Chief of IFS	Graduation + 02 years experience.
Deputy Chief Financial Officer	Qualified Associate Chartered Accountant from ICAI / ICWA / MBA (Finance) + minimum 10 years experience.
Assistant General Manager – Security	Post Graduate + minimum 12 years experience.
Assistant General Manager – Operations Training	Graduate + MBA + minimum 07 years experience.
Synthetic Flight Instructor	Candidate should not have any Ailment which may impair his ability to function as SFI.
Senior Manager – Operations Control Center	Graduate + 05 years experience.
Senior Manager - Finance	ICWA / ICAI / MBA + 03 years / 05 years experience.
Senior Manager – Production Planning Control (Engineering)	B.Tech in Aeronautical / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Avionics or its equivalent + Minimum 10 years relevant work experience.
Senior Manager – Crew Management System	Graduate + MBA + minimum 07 years experience.
Manager - Finance	ICWA / ICAI / MBA + 02 or 03 years experience in Finance.
