Job Description:
· SALES & TARGET ACHIEVEMENT: Looking after Sales and profits of the showroom and focusing on achieving targets.
· CUSTOMER SERVICE: Resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the employees also provide the same level of service.
· VISUAL MERCHANDISING: Ensure interior and exterior of Showroom is maintained to company standards.
· BUDGET MANAGEMENT: Manage Showroom revenue, including cash handling, outstanding and delivery of Showroom administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes, etc.
· ADHERENCE OF COMPANY’S SOPS: Ensure adherence of company SOP’s at Store Level.
· TEAM EAVALUATION: Train, evaluate and counsel Showroom employees. Conduct regular Showroom meetings required for Showroom’s sales or any other improvement required. Keeping track of attendance, punctuality and other company’s policies.
