Job Description
•To ensure execution of in-store support for sales promotion, ensuring procurement of collaterals and various visibility and floor stacking elements in line with activations/ sales promotions
•Training of merchandisers/in-store promoters, relationship development with major store managers for better execution of deliverables and conduct of activations
•Incorporate competition activities in and thereby propose specific activities to further build the saliency of ITC brands
•Proactively guides and advises customers / sales channel regarding developments in the FMCG markets
•Liaising with suppliers to check on the progress of existing orders
•Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
•Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
•Develop marketing / promotion strategy for the distribution channel
•Gaining a clear understanding of customers and requirements
•Positive Attitude with managers, supervisors and peers
