This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all food service operations meet service standards. Below is the detailed description.
1) Training and supervising employees, reducing operational costs, monitoring their Store's compliance with operational policies, and keeping up-to-date with the progress of administrative duties.
2) Stock Planning and Executing Inter Store Transfer.
3) Overseeing inventory needs and undertaking Store management and administration.
4) Coming up with effective strategies to enhance the organization's financial health.
5) Recruiting quality employees to provide high-quality customer support.
Motivating and supervising employees.
6) Evaluating the performance of your assigned employees, delivering positive and/or negative feedback, and addressing any shortcomings.
7) Research methods to improve operations and reduce costs
Monitor and report on Store performance.
8) Supervise and train employees
Provide administrative support
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
9) Managing Store Repair and Maintenance wherever required.
10) Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
11) Setting up a new store.
12) Conducting Regular Store Audits.
13) Responsible for Swiggy/Zomato Ratings/Menu Uptime/Store Visibility/MFR/Complaints.
14) Travel throughout the territory and visit the stores on a recurring basis.
