Responsibilities include:

1. Give proper and accurate replies to the customers in stipulated timekeeping
2. Send technical mailers to the customer periodically as and when come
3. Send strong follow-ups of the ongoing leads, and projects with the help of sales executives maintaining the authentic records of the field activities
4. Work on business development PAN India for sales generation in corporate sales and government sales
5. Work on training promotions by all sorts of marketing strategies like calling prospects, visiting prospect premises, meeting with clients, sending training proposals and details to prospects over emails, circulating flyers, etc.
6. Establish a good rapport with existing clients, food safety officers, our internal team, and external agencies in order to generate referral business
7. Analyze market needs to develop new lines of revenue streams/services
8. Work on resolving and attending to technical issues of clients
9. Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion, while accomplishing your own goals
10. Work on being responsible for documentation, internal audit, and preparing SOP
11. Work on being responsible for completion and prompt, submission of all related paperwork and the provision of other information as requested
